James Station Kelly Station Larson Station

Kelly Station was located near Upsala, ON at Milepost 75.4/18/76.5/46.7/46.3.

One of the more isolated stations, Kelly saw its GTP Type “E” station built in 1911 or 1913 (sources are conflicted). It was claimed in newspapers that all the buildings at Kelly were destroyed in a June 1930 fire, but CN documents refer to a “Design A” station in June 1960 when they decided to retire the station building. Design A was used by CN to designate GTP Type E stations in other documents, so it likely survived the fire. The station was sold in 1962, while the siding was removed from use in 1970. A few years later, in 1973, it was no longer a station on the line.
