Wako/Watcomb
Sturgeon Lake Transportation Wako/Watcomb Station Hunt/Umfreville Station
Wako Station was located near Silver Dollar, ON at Milepost 160.3/102.5/161/131.1.
Situated just south of Watcomb Lake, the name was changed from Wako to Watcomb between 1916 and 1918 for unknown reasons. A usual GTP Type “E” station was constructed here in 1910 and remained until it was sold in 1964.
Watcomb and its siding remained in use until the line was abandoned in 1994.
