March 28, 2008- CN ordered an extra yard job early in the morning to retrieve the final string of stored hopper cars located between Nelson Road and the Pass Lake Trestle. This image captured near Bare Point Rd of the crew hauling their train by the former Begin/End OCS limits at “Kohut” just northeast of Thunder Bay’s city limits. The rail trains would begin working in October 2008 salvaging the rail, reaching this point in July 2009.
