Alba Station Baird Station Crest Station

Baird Station was located immediately west of the village of Baird at Milepost 13.2/13.9/12.7.

Serving the nearby village of Baird, it was the first station of significance outside of Fort William. It was home to a GTP Type “E” station as well as a 3283-foot siding. It was one of several abandoned in 1925 when the line was re-routed following the creation of Canadian National Railways (CNR). There was a post office at Baird from 1913 to 1963.
