Conmee Junction was located at Milepost 35.7 of the Canadian National Railways (CNR) Kashabowie Subdivision from 1924 to 1994.

With the creation of CNR in late 1918, it was decided to consolidate some of the former Canadian Northern and Grand Trunk Pacific/Canadian Government Railways lines in the Thunder Bay area. The eastern 26 miles of the GTP/CGR line would be abandoned and a new bridge would be constructed across the Matawin River to join the remaining trackage of the CGR line, now known as the CNR Graham Subdivision. To handle the traffic, the Kashabowie Subdivision would be double tracked from Neebing Station to where the lines would split, christened Conmee Junction. Additionally, nearly two miles of the original Canadian Northern grade was realigned to accommodate the change, which resulted in the abandonment of a station known as Rowan. The cost of the double tracking and realignment was $509,000 (it is not known if this included the bridge as well). It is unknown what type of structure was located at Conmee, but it housed a telegraph station with an operator on duty day and night until the 1950s. It was decommissioned in 1963 and likely sold afterwards.

In 1994, the Graham Subdivision was abandoned by CN and Conmee Junction ceased to have any purpose. The double track between the station and Thunder Bay was reduced back to a single track.
